Assertive Professionals is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to support our National Security customer in the Washington DC Metro Area.
This is an open and funded position.
Salary: $60,000 per year, with a $1,200 annual corporate compliance bonus. Analysts are eligible for either a $2,000 sign‑on bonus or $2,000 cost‑reimbursement for relocation.

The Intelligence Analyst will:- Provide strategic, operational, and tactical analysis as required based on raw intelligence collected from a variety of sources;
- Respond to changes in analytical priorities;
- Assist an integrated analytical team with conceptualization, production planning, research, analysis, drafting and intelligence products on identified CT topics while adhering to IC and DHS tradecraft guidance;
- Analyze all available information, review raw and finished intelligence, and collaborate and coordinate with IC, DHS Intelligence Enterprise, and other partners;
- Draft and review collection requirements, respond to requests for information (RFIs) or information needs of DHS leaders and stakeholders;
- Assist with presentations, briefing preparation, product preparation, peer‑review, and subject matter advice;
- Respond to Government Leadership feedback during prescribed timelines.
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
- Working knowledge of databases and software programs used in the intelligence environment, including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite, M3, TAC, HOTR, Google Earth, Intelink, National Exploitation System, Gemini, MIDB, GCCS‑J, and various messaging systems
- 4 years of relevant experience; or 2 years of relevant experience with an associate’s degree; or 0 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s or higher degree
- Relevant fields of study include:
English, engineering, business, the sciences or related concentrations (project management, intelligence, public administration, public policy, American government/governance, law/legal studies, or management/leadership)
