The incumbent serves as a senior Detention and Deportation Officer, providing expert leadership, guidance, and oversight for complex enforcement and removal operations at the national level. The position is responsible for implementing, and evaluating agency-wide policies, strategies, and initiatives, and for directing multi-jurisdictional operations in collaboration with agency leadership, field offices, and external partners. You will perform the following duties:
- Provides authoritative guidance on program direction, priorities, and resource allocation.
- Directs and oversees complex, multi-jurisdictional enforcement and removal operations, coordinating efforts across multiple field offices, agency components, and external partners.
- Develops, implements, and evaluates policy guidance, operational directives, and program standards for assigned area of responsibility.
- Manages the formulation, justification, and execution of budgets for assigned programs.
- Resolves highly complex, sensitive, or precedent-setting operational issues within area of responsibility.

Salary:
