** The opportunity*
* + Senior rank position on the USLI Assurance GDS Leadership team focused on operations, finance and mobility functions, and supporting strategic initiatives

** Your key responsibilities*
* + Supporting travelers between US and GDS locations for long- and short-term visits and mobility assignments

+ Processing various finance transactions between US and GDS firms

+ Reconciling various US and GDS reporting

+ Participating in virtual and in person team meetings

+ Ad-hoc project management and initiative support

** Skills and attributes for success*
* + Strong communication skills

+ Excellent analytical abilities

+ Comfortable across the Microsoft suite of products

+ Highly organized

+ Project management focused with ability to drive initiatives and projects for the team

** To qualify for the role you must have*
* + Skills and attributes indicated above

+ Understanding of the Audit practice

+ Experience working with GDS

+ Interest in expanding teaming with GDS

+ Ability to travel, including internationally to India

+ High school diploma or equivalent work experience required

+ Experience working with tax rules and corss border considerations with India and the US including Visa rules and requirements

+ Ability to work EST hours

+ We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.  The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $56,600 to $102,700.  The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $67,900 to $116,700.  

Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.  In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

+ Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
