As a Hand & Stone Licensed Esthetician, you are part of a team that makes clients feel their best by unlocking their skin’s potential and connecting clients with their deepest results. , customized treatment plans
, and building relationships through repeat visits, our dedicated teams of Massage Therapists and Estheticians are educated and empowered to make a difference in people’s lives!
- An active Esthetics license
- Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
- Provide excellent service to clients by performing top-level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
- Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management (service upgrades and retail)
- Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
- The ability to promote yourself in order to build a following
- No shows and same day cancellations are paid

- Mondays:
- 3:15pm - 10pm (5 services + 30 min lunch break)
- 3:45pm - 8:45pm (4 services)
- 5pm - 10pm (4 services)
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays:
- 7:30pm - 10pm (2 services)
- Service commission starts at $24 per one hour service
- 20% commission on all upgrades
- 10% commission on all retail
- Gratuities average about $20 per service
