Travel RN Case Manager role at Vibra Healthcare

Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise care plans for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels. Provide direct patient care and supervise all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrate clinical competence, manage patient care, improve quality of care, establish professional relationships, and develop clinical expertise per specialty.
Position
Supervisory Responsibilities:
supervise Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs.
Seattle, Washington – a vibrant city offering medical opportunities at the University of Washington Medical Center and Harborview Medical Center, with attractions like Pike Place Market and the Space Needle.
Minimum Qualifications- Current, valid, and active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra Tours‑approved vendor.
- Current, valid, and active driver’s license.
- Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1 year acute care experience is strongly preferred.
- Professional image projection.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
- Independent decision‑making when warranted.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
- No drug or alcohol violations.
- Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra Tours‑approved vendor.
- Current, valid, and active driver’s license.
- Additional certifications may be required (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP).
