Required Skills:

• Valid Physician Assistant license and certification in applicable state.
• Proven ability to assist in surgical procedures, ideally in breast surgery.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent technical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.

• Prior experience specifically in breast surgery or surgical assisting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.

• Certified Physician Assistant with at least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in surgical settings.
• Prior locum or temporary surgical assistance experience is advantageous.

• Willingness to work 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday, with weekends and call off.
• Flexibility regarding varying days off based on OR schedules.
• Ability to start as early as March 2026, depending on the completion of licensing and administrative processes.
• Must be highly responsive with paperwork and documentation efforts.
• Hourly pay rate: $1.00, with overtime pay for hours exceeding 40 per week.
• Travel, licensure, certification, and related reimbursements will be provided where applicable.
