• Deliver safe, high‑quality aesthetic treatments (Botox, microneedling, chemical peels, at‑home facials, etc.)
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training (a one‑time financial investment and an essential step in your injector journey)
• Take advantage of free virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at‑home facial techniques
• Treat clients that come through Pinch marketing as well as through your own personal network
• Offer appointment availability that works for you (avg. 4‑24 hrs/week)
• Manage products and supplies responsibly
• Keep accurate and timely client records
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
• Utilize Pinch Marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and continue to build your business

• Active APRN license in Washington (Full Practice Authority preferred)
• Proven certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
• Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your own business
