Shift Type: Variable days including weekends, typically a 4x10 schedule (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM) or standard 8-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM); day shifts with rotating area coverage and on-call/standby as needed
Hours per Week: 40

- Perform general radiography and portable X-rays with accuracy and patient-centered care
- Operate fluoroscopy equipment for inpatient and outpatient procedures while maintaining radiation safety
- Provide operative/OR imaging using C-arm and O-arm systems during surgical procedures
- Rotate across areas (General Radiology, Fluoroscopy, OR, ER, outpatient clinics) to ensure consistent coverage
- Document exams and patient information promptly and accurately in Cerner Power Chart and GE Centricity RIS
- Manage images and workflows in Philips Intellispace PACS, ensuring high-quality studies for radiologists
- Follow department protocols, maintain infection control, and participate in orientation/training rotations
- Respond to call/standby requests and provide reliable coverage for weekends and holidays when needed
- ARRT certification required
- Washington State Radiologic Technologist License required at time of submittal
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of radiology experience (traveler expectation to cover all areas)
- Experience operating C-arm and O-arm equipment (OR imaging and fluoroscopy focus)
- Comfortable floating between multiple areas including ER and OR; trauma (Level
3) exposure preferred - Ability to work variable schedules, weekends, and on-call shifts
- Agency must provide Rad Badge for traveler
- Proficient in General Radiography (DR/CR) and Portable X-ray techniques
- Skilled in fluoroscopy procedures and OR imaging workflows
- Familiarity with Cerner Power Chart (EMR) and GE Centricity RIS
- Experience using Philips Intellispace PACS for image management
- Comfort operating Ziehm, GE/OEC C-arms and Siemens O-arms
- Strong patient communication, teamwork, and adaptability across rotating assignments
- Solid understanding of radiation safety, infection control, and departmental protocols
- Efficient documentation and time management in a high-volume acute care setting
