The Director of Case Management will lead the team of Case Management professionals at Tacoma General Hospital in Tacoma, Washington.

• Tacoma General Hospital and Allenmore Hospital
• Average Daily Census: 263 and 68
• Three off site Emergency Departments

• 2 Managers
• 1 Supervisor
• 1 Administrative Assistant

• Registered RN CMs
• Social Work CMs

The Director is responsible for leading a dynamic team of clinical professionals in the execution of exemplary cross continuum care coordination. This individual works with market leaders, physicians, peers, community colleagues, system leaders and others to identify opportunities to continually improve patient care and services, and to execute collaborative practices that exemplify Multi Care Health System’s commitment to patient centered care and community engagement.

• 7 years clinical experience
• Five years of healthcare leadership experience
• Risk mitigation, financial and reimbursement experience.

• RN Licensure
• Master’s Degree
