In this dynamic role, you will coordinate a wide range of patient care services, including:
- Scheduling new patient visits, follow‑up appointments, treatments, and diagnostic testing
- Completing insurance verifications, referrals, and authorizations
- Preparing, updating, and maintaining accurate medical records
- Reconciling billing concerns and supporting smooth financial workflows
- Managing multiple phone lines, triaging calls, and ensuring timely communication
Success in this position requires exceptional communication, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a steady, compassionate presence. Sensitivity, emotional stability, and a patient‑centered mindset are essential as you support individuals and families navigating complex care.

Required Qualifications- Graduate of certified medical assistant program
- Upon hire:
Washington Medical Assistant Certification - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association - 1 year of Medical Assistant experience in a healthcare setting required (i.e. physician’s office, scheduler, etc.)
- Associate's Degree – or –
- Equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school with emphasis in Health Care
- Experienced in obtaining insurance verifications, referrals and authorizations
- Experience with Epic

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
