Documentation/Lab Operations Associate

Location: Seattle, WA.

Compensation: $40.59-$44.59/hr.

Contract: 6 Months

Training Period (First 1–2 Weeks): Tuesday – Saturday

Post-Training

Schedule:

5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday

• Friday – Tuesday
• Thursday – Monday

• Begin room setup around 8:00 AM
• Perform recording activities for tissue culture work as a verifier
• Conduct simple cell analysis using laboratory equipment
• Complete recording and analysis work by approximately 3:00–4:00 PM
• Clean the room and laboratory suites
• Perform basic equipment maintenance
• Restock consumables
• Two clinical gene editing teams
• 7 Research Associates (total)
• Teams support each program collaboratively and frequently assist one another
• Work is performed in a “GMP-like” environment
• Focused on generating “starting material” for cell therapy manufacturing under GMP standards

• Minimum 1+ year of experience recording in accordance with GDP (Good Documentation Practice)
• Technical experience handling cell lines (hiPSCs preferred)
• Experience with equipment maintenance

• Experience working in a GMP environment
• Familiarity with GMP-related procedures and documentation
