Family Resources Coordinator

Overview

Boyer Children's Clinic is currently seeking a full-time Family Resources Coordinator (FRC). Boyer provides medical, therapy, special education and family services to infants and young children with developmental delays, and their families. The Family Resources Coordinator (FRC) works with staff at all levels, coordinating early intervention services that provide support to young children with developmental delays, and their families.

The right person will be able to earn trust quickly, while maintaining a focus on our overall mission. The individual in this position needs to be able to work with many different kinds of people and be able to adapt to a lot of different situation, and support Boyer's commitment to equity, inclusion, and anti-racism.

• Facilitate development, scheduling, and review of Indicidual Family Service Plans (IFSPs)
• Ensure compliance with Part B and Part C IDEA regulations and timelines
• Educate families on thier rights, procedural safeguards, and available early intervention services
• Maintain knowledge of community resources and make appropriate referrals
• Complete required documentation for child files, billing, tracking, and agency records
• Maintain active registration as a Family Resources Coordinator and attend required trainings
