This position is a full‑time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week) role in the Center for Reproductive Health and Fertility at UW Medical Center – Roosevelt, Seattle. The schedule is Monday‑Friday with 1–2 weekends per month, day shift.
We offer a $5,000 signing bonus to eligible new employees.
Department OverviewLocated in Seattle’s University District, the Center provides diagnosis and treatment for complex hormonal and reproductive health issues, including infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, endocrine disorders, and reproductive preservation for patients undergoing cancer treatments.

- Room patients, take vital signs, and reconcile records
- Perform injections
- Prepare and clean exam rooms
- Submit medication prior authorizations
- Recognize symptoms of common medical illnesses and report to provider
- Act as liaison between patient, family, and providers
- Assist provider with procedures and exams
- Perform point‑of‑care testing and report abnormal results
- Assist in transporting patients as required
- Completion of a Medical Assistant course accredited by CAAHEP, ABHES, or equivalent
- Must be Washington State Medical‑Assistant‑Certified or achieve certification within 6 months of hire (non‑compliance results in termination)
- Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) for Healthcare Provider CPR card
Hourly pay ranges from $27.72 to $39.65. Additional compensation includes a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.
