Patient Services Specialist Supervisor

The UW Medical Center - Mother/Baby unit has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist Supervisor.

• Part‑time 80% FTE (32 hours per week)

• Coordinate and monitor staff, scheduling systems, payroll, timekeeping systems, educational tracking systems and other systems that support the Nurse Manager
• Provide customer service to patients, staff and medical team members
• Interview and recommend candidate selections
• Order unit supplies, equipment and facilities management
• Take a proactive role in efficient operations of the unit
• Overall leadership and supervision of the Health Unit Coordinator and other assigned staff
• Manage, collect and report unit data

• Bachelor’s Degree in a medically related or public relations field
• Four years of experience as a Patient Services Specialist
• OR high school graduation, or the equivalent and four years of experience as a Patient Services Specialist

Pay Range Minimum: $27.17 hourly

Pay Range Maximum: $38.86 hourly
