Patient Services Specialist Supervisor
The UW Medical Center - Mother/Baby unit has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist Supervisor.
Work Schedule- Part‑time 80% FTE (32 hours per week)

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor staff, scheduling systems, payroll, timekeeping systems, educational tracking systems and other systems that support the Nurse Manager
- Provide customer service to patients, staff and medical team members
- Interview and recommend candidate selections
- Order unit supplies, equipment and facilities management
- Take a proactive role in efficient operations of the unit
- Overall leadership and supervision of the Health Unit Coordinator and other assigned staff
- Manage, collect and report unit data
- Bachelor’s Degree in a medically related or public relations field
- Four years of experience as a Patient Services Specialist
- OR high school graduation, or the equivalent and four years of experience as a Patient Services Specialist
Pay Range Minimum: $27.17 hourly
Pay Range Maximum: $38.86 hourly
