Mon-Fri, no weekend work.

Competitive Benefits Package
  • Pay range: $121,700 to $173,900 annually based on experience.
  • ACRS pays 100% for employee‑only HMO/Virtual Plus medical benefits. Additional options are covered anywhere from 75% to 85%.

Essential Job Functions
  • Plans, organizes and directs the core mental health clinical service operations of the BH department, ensuring compliance with state, federal, county, and contract requirements.
  • Works collectively with the Department Director, Special Programs Director and all department staff in strategic planning and program development for quality whole‑person, whole‑health integrated BH service to the A&NH/PI community.
  • Supports the financial health of the department, including development and oversight of the annual budget and management of program revenue and costs.
  • Supervises, trains, and provides clinical and administrative support to BH clinical supervisors, intake coordinator, and other assigned staff.
  • Develops and coordinates overall core BH staff training, including new staff orientation, state, county, and contract‑required training, clinical, and cultural competency training.
  • Leads the Quality Assurance process to improve outcomes, workflows, and processes of the BH department.
  • Represents agency Behavioral Health department at King County and other system meetings as assigned; provides educational training or consultation to community partners, schools, or other institutions.
  • Attends all agency, program and team meetings, in‑service trainings, and supervision.
Position Qualifications
  • Education and Experience:
    • Master’s degree in Social Work, Social or Behavioral Sciences, with a minority mental health specialization and a minimum of three (3) years clinical supervision experience.
    • Experience with individuals with chronic mental illness and A&NH/PI communities.
    • Requires Mental Health Professional standing with at least five (5) years experience in mental health services to populations with long‑term mental illness; registered/licensed per WAC requirements.

    Skills:

    • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
    • Ability to provide effective and respectful care responsive to diverse cultural beliefs and practices; fluency in A&NH/PI language preferred.
