- Experience in a busy, high-acuity academic environment
- Proficiency with CVOR procedures, including Aortic Aneurysm repair, CABG, and Mitral valve replacement

Description:

Position available for a CVOR Tech.
The role requires three years of CVOR experience.
First-time travelers will not be accepted.
Weekend availability is required on an as-needed basis.
Call duties include three weeknight call shifts per four-week schedule and two 24-hour weekend shifts per month.
Floating to different areas within the hospital is expected, but not to sister hospitals.
The average daily census is 50-75 patients, with a total of 28 operating rooms.
The patient population includes orthopedic sports, minimally invasive arthroscopy, robotics, general surgery, gynecology, urology, and plastics.

Experience with neuro, spine, thoracic, and vascular procedures is a plus.
This position primarily requires independent work between 21:30 - 23:30.
Travelers should be familiar with cases, as there will be limited backup during this time.
Candidates must be able to accommodate scheduling flexibility and potential on-call shifts.
BLS certification is mandatory, and prior staff must have a gap of 18 months before considering rehire.
References are required, preferably supervisory or charge references.
Background checks will be conducted prior to employment.
