Independence Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team at Cascades e in Seattle

Cascades e provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in the Seattle community, helping patients regain independence after illness, surgery, or hospitalization.
Our interdisciplinary team works closely together to deliver personalized care plans that help patients safely transition back to the next stage of life.
As the Speech‑Language Pathologist, you'll play a critical role in helping patients regain communication, cognition, and swallowing function
.
As the SLP, you will treat a geriatric population in a skilled nursing environment, including:
- Dysphagia evaluation and treatment
- Cognitive‑linguistic therapy
- Speech and language evaluation and treatment
- Patient and family education
- Treatment of medically complex patients
- Participation in discharge planning
- Collaboration with nursing, OT, PT, and facility staff
Your work will have a direct and meaningful impact on patient independence and quality of life.
