• Assess patients, diagnose communication and swallowing disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services to children and families.
• Consult with patients and families on strategies to support progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records per department protocols.

• Current Washington state license in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Advanced degree from an accredited program.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion.
• Effective communication skills: active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension.
• Adaptive problem‑solving abilities.
