• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or in the process of obtaining licensure.
• At least one year of professional working experience.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CPR certification.
• CCC's
• Compliance with other client facility requirements.

The Speech Language Pathologist / SLP is responsible for assessing referred patients that require treatment for speech, hearing, and/or language deficits. They teach patients how to make sounds, improve voices, and enhance oral or written language skills, and provide strategies for safe swallowing.

• Provide skilled speech therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop or recover reliable communication and swallowing skills.
