SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Arris Healthcare. In this role, you will provide essential respiratory care to residents in sub‑acute units, ensuring their comfort and well‑being while contributing to positive health outcomes.
Responsibilities- Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' respiratory status and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide ventilator management and trach care for patients with complex respiratory needs.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment options.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and treatment plans.
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to respiratory care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required;
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
$40.00 – $46.00 per hour.

12‑hour shift, night shift.
Supplemental PayBonus opportunities; differential pay for nights and weekends.
