Residents of King, Island, and Snohomish Counties living with HIV/AIDS.
ResponsibilitiesProvides case management for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Based on assessment of client needs, case managers and clients work together to identify resources to address:
- Medical
- Insurance
- Financial
- Housing
- Emotional
Provides advocacy, case management, home delivered meals, housing assistance and health resources for those whose lives are affected by HIV/AIDS and other chronic illnesses.
