Imagen is seeking a part-time, certified Physician Assistant (PA‑C) to join our onsite team supporting a premier multispecialty outpatient group in the Puget Sound region (Seattle area). Working alongside the onsite radiologist, you'll perform image‑guided procedures and deliver hands‑on patient care in a modern, non‑hospital outpatient setting, supported by a collaborative clinical team and Imagen’s physician‑led radiology group.

Established Network, Immediate Impact Join a respected, long‑standing multispecialty group with strong referral patterns and consistent procedural volume, within an established outpatient setting equipped with onsite imaging and procedural resources.

• Perform fluoroscopy‑guided procedures, including arthrograms, joint aspirations, and joint injections
• Perform ultrasound‑guided procedures, including aspirations and sonohysterogram
• Conduct patient assessment and preparation — H Ps, informed consent, and patient education
• Provide pre‑ and post‑procedure care, including recovery follow‑up and discharge instructions
• Assist the radiologist during image‑guided and fluoroscopic procedures
• Document procedures and coordinate care across radiologists, nurses, technologists, and referring providers
• Provide moderate sedation support, as applicable per site and state guidelines

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) in good standing (NCCPA)
• Active Washington State PA license, or eligibility to obtain
• Experience with image‑guided and fluoroscopic procedures is preferred but not required
• 4,000+ post‑graduate clinical practice hours preferred (enables independent procedural practice)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Desire to work in a patient‑facing, team‑oriented outpatient environment
