Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an acute care setting. The Social Worker will be responsible for assessing patients’ psychosocial needs, developing and implementing care plans, and providing therapeutic support while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with clinical standards. This role also includes coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, facilitating discharge planning, connecting patients with community resources, and contributing to overall care management and unit operations.

Location: Seattle, WA 98122
Local Pay: $45-$47 (Hourly)
Schedule: 40 hrs/week, Days (08:00 AM – 04:30 PM)
Responsibilities- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual and family counseling
- Support patients with emotional and mental health needs
- Coordinate care and connect patients with community resources
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress
- Active LCSW license
- BLS certification required
- Experience in therapy, counseling, and assessments
