Work Schedule
Per Diem day shift with 8‑10 hour shifts 6:30am‑7pm, Monday‑Saturday. 40 hours/week for the first 2 months for training, then an average of 2‑3 days per week (1 to 5 days per week minimum/maximum). Weekend call 7am‑3:30pm.
Responsibilities- Reports to the department supervisor and receives general direction from the supervisor and assigned Nuclear Medicine Lead.
- Performs complex clinical diagnostic examinations such as lymphoscintography, treadmill cardiac perfusion, and pharmacologic stress cardiac perfusion, providing expertise to support nuclear medicine clinical services.
- Tails examinations to individual patients in collaboration with physicians.
- Under general direction, exercises advanced technical knowledge in a specific area of expertise such as clinical computer application or examination protocol development in nuclear medicine and provides work direction to others in that area.
- Graduation from a program approved by the Joint Review Commission for Nuclear Medicine Technologists (JCRNMT) and certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board or registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Nuclear Medicine.
- Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements such as a license, certification, and/or registration.
Certification as a Radiologic Technologist – Nuclear Medicine in the State of Washington.
CompensationPay Range Minimum: $48.51 per hour
Pay Range Maximum: $75.89 per hour
