Description
Administers direct hands‑on patient care under the supervision of RN and Provider. Assists the Gastroenterology physician and RN during diagnostic procedures. Responds to emergency situations as directed and per the needs of the patient. Provides and maintains a safe environment for the patient and staff by complying with regulatory agency requirements and standards for the ASC. Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients/customers and co‑workers.
Takes responsibility for quality assurance, infection control, staff and self‑development. Supports a learning environment and displays commitment to the mission of Pac Med and its values.
- Upon hire:
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
- Successful completion of PMC MA Module Training, verified by Trainer, Supervisor, Provider and Clinic Supervisor, resulting in PMC MA Certification.
- Successful completion of the SGNA (Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates) Associates program.
- 2 years in a medical setting.

Potential for shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities. Base pay range is $23.79 – $37.03 per hour, with additional compensation possibly available.
