About EBTCSEvidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle has been a leader in evidence-based outpatient care since 2002. We are owned and operated by clinicians, and our policies are built around evidence-based care and therapist wellbeing. EBTCS is home to four treatment programs:
Child Anxiety Center, Adult Anxiety Center, DBT Center, and Eating Disorders Center.
Provide a minimum of 20 clinical contact hours per week with children, adolescents, and caregivers across our Outpatient and Intensive Programs. Treatments include:
- Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Behavioral Parent Training
- SPACE
- CBIT, COM-B, HRT, and evidence-based care for co-occurring conditions
You will participate in weekly team consultation meetings, collaborate with psychologists and other specialists across our clinical teams, and complete documentation in our EHR system. Our administrative team handles all intake, waitlist management, billing, insurance communication, and scheduling.
Compensation- Guaranteed salary of $117,500 or more for approximately 20 clinical hours per week for early-career psychologists, with higher compensation based on licensure, training, and experience
- Current average pay after the first year is approximately $130,000 for 22 clinical hours per week, with additional hours compensated generously

- PsyD or PhD credential
- Licensed in Washington State, or able to begin the licensure process immediately
- Deep expertise in ERP, the single most important qualification
- Expertise in CBT, behavioral parent training, CBIT, SPACE, and related modalities
- Genuine passion for clinical work with children, adolescents, and families
- Identifies as a CBT therapist, grounded in evidence-based approaches
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for co-occurring conditions (depression, ADHD, sleep disorders)
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment, actively seeks and provides consultation
- Committed to providing inclusive, culturally sensitive care to all clients and colleagues
