Responsibilities
Directly coordinate or support specific research projects (45%).
Manage procedural/compliance with research sponsor requirements including: (a) Preparation and submission of project status/final reports (e.g., via eRA Commons); (b) Data archive submissions; (c) Clinical trial registration/updates (15%).
Provide overarching leadership and coordination surrounding all aspects of BRiTE’s global digital health research program: (a) Contribute to ongoing strategic planning for the research program; (b) Identify ways to build/enhance program cohesion, climate, and effective team collaboration; (c) Liaise and collaborate with other BRiTE Center teams (15%).
Lead new project startup and management activities within BRiTE, such as: (a) IRB application preparation and submission; (b) Determine staffing needs; (c) When necessary, initiate and manage hiring processes for new staff, in collaboration with the BRiTE faculty lead; (d) Construct detailed, internally facing project timelines (10%).
Track and project budget statuses, with support from PBSCI post-award support staff: (a) Track specific budget expenses, reimbursements, and coordinate as needed with PBSCI post-award supports and finance specialists; (b) Anticipate budget spenddown needs and design spenddown plans (10%).
Continue own professional development surrounding program coordination, management, supervision, and related activities. This may involve periodic participation in trainings, seminars, and courses (5%).
Oversee the activities of research staff working on BRiTE Center projects, provide feedback and guidance to operational staff, and serve as designated supervisor to junior research coordinators and trainees.

Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s Psychology, global health, public health, or a related field and four years of relevant experience.
Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.
- Experience with supporting multiple research studies simultaneously, completing institutional review board (IRB) applications, and supervising research staff, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to think critically to anticipate project needs.
Master's Degree in Psychology, global health, public health, or a related field.
Experience working on projects involving people with serious mental illness and/or global health projects with international stakeholders (e.g., experience in West Africa would be particularly relevant).
Experience supporting digital intervention/ mobile health development and research.
Experience working with collaborators from diverse professional backgrounds (e.g., technologists, community mental health providers, paraprofessionals).
Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, national, socioeconomic, and other backgrounds.
Pay Range Minimum: $78,600.00 annual
