Staff Scheduling Coordinator

Harborview Medical Center's Psychiatry Department has an outstanding opportunity for a Staff Scheduling Coordinator.

• 40 hours per week
• Day Shift

• Showcase your detail-oriented skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Influence a team and create efficiencies

• Schedule RN's, Patient Service Specialists, and Patient Care Techs in scheduling software (UKG Pro.)
• Record keeping including tracking minimum shift requirements for intermittent staff members, and tracking timecard exceptions
• Process shifts requests
• Answer questions from staff members re: staffing/scheduling questions
• Schedule staff members for last-minute shifts
• Practice fiscal responsibility be minimizing the use of overtime and maintaining productivity within target range

High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of administrative experience.

Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.

Pay Range Minimum: $22.94 hourly

Pay Range Maximum: $32.81 hourly
