Staff Scheduling Coordinator
Harborview Medical Center's Psychiatry Department has an outstanding opportunity for a Staff Scheduling Coordinator.
Work Schedule- 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities
- Schedule RN's, Patient Service Specialists, and Patient Care Techs in scheduling software (UKG Pro.)
- Record keeping including tracking minimum shift requirements for intermittent staff members, and tracking timecard exceptions
- Process shifts requests
- Answer questions from staff members re: staffing/scheduling questions
- Schedule staff members for last-minute shifts
- Practice fiscal responsibility be minimizing the use of overtime and maintaining productivity within target range
High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of administrative experience.
Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.
