- A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients.
- CNA or HCA certification required.
- Prefer a high school degree or GED.
- One year or more of experience supporting older adults.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts.
- Clear background check and drug test.
- Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats).
- Develop genuine rapport through friendly interaction, conversation, and emotional reassurance that helps clients feel comfortable and cared for.
- Support everyday needs, including personal hygiene assistance, meal prep, and daily routines, while encouraging autonomy and respect.
- Maintain a tidy, hazard‑free, and welcoming home setting that supports health and day‑to‑day ease.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities to encourage engagement and connection.
- Deliver steady, individualized assistance that improves comfort, safety, and overall quality of life.
Foster meaningful relationships through warm, attentive engagement that helps older adults feel valued, understood, and actively involved in their everyday routines.
