Recreational Therapists - AI Trainer (Contract)
Mercor is recruiting Recreational Therapists to work on a research project for one of the world’s top AI companies. This project involves using your professional experience to design questions related to your occupation as a Recreational Therapist.
Qualifications- 4+ years full‑time work experience as a Recreational Therapist.
- Based in the US, UK, or Canada.
- Hourly compensation is competitive based on professional background and geographic location (U.S. scale provided).
- Commit a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Estimated duration: through mid‑2026, possibly longer.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer is required;
Chromebooks are not accepted.
- Independent contractor.
- Fully remote, flexible schedule.
- Projects may change in length based on needs and performance.
- No access to confidential or proprietary information from employers, clients, or institutions.
- Payments weekly via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
- Unable to support H1‑B or STEM OPT candidates at this time.
