Home Care Association of America - - Responsibilities:
Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, nail/skin care, back care, foot care, shampoo, oral hygiene, ambulation, transfers, range of motion exercise, safe use of equipment and assistive devices (wheel chair, walker, crutches, cane), change of position, toileting, and meal planning/feeding assistance;
Provide companionship and respite services for family;
Perform homemaking activities including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping/mopping, dishes, changing bed linens, laundry, and bathroom cleaning;
Transport clients to medical appointments, errands, or visits, using own vehicle or client’s as needed; administer medication reminders
