Overview
Are you a results‑driven revenue cycle leader ready to make an impact? As the Supervisor of Patient Financial Services – Physician Billing, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance, optimizing workflows, and leading high‑performing teams across multiple functional areas within the revenue cycle. The role focuses primarily on Medicare and Medicaid, managing care plans, monitoring accounts receivable inventories, and ensuring timely account resolution.
Responsibilities- Drive financial performance and optimize revenue‑cycle workflows.
- Lead high‑performing teams across multiple functional areas.
- Monitor accounts receivable, aging, denial rates, and collection performance.
- Manage workflows related to insurance claim follow‑ups, denial management, appeals and reconsiderations, payment posting issues, credit balance resolution, and authorization‑related billing issues.
- Develop action plans to address performance gaps and prepare operational reporting for leadership review.
- Ensure quality audit scoring and inventory management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent education/experience.
- Equivalent work experience.
- Five years of progressively more responsible work experience within a healthcare environment.

$31.43 – $48.08 per hour (additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities).
LocationWA, Seattle – 1730 Minor Ave, Swedish Metropolitan Park East – Hybrid work environment.
