Business Office Manager / Billing Liaison (Full-Time) - St. Anne - Seattle Washington
St. Anne Healthcare Center is seeking a Business Office Manager / Billing Liaison who understands the financial side of patient care and values clear, compassionate communication. This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting residents and families while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do- Front office duties, including greeting visitors and new admissions, answering and directing phone calls, and ordering supplies
- Process vendor invoices, including verifying accuracy, coding expenses, and routing for approval and payment.
- Manage facility billing and collections, including private pay, co-pays, and share‑of‑cost balances, weekly Medicaid billing and Monthly Medicare and Insurance billing
- Manages census accuracy by maintaining up-to-date insurance information
- Oversees resident trust accounts and related financial records
- Leads and coordinates the month end Triple Check process, including documentation and meetings
- Participates in AR (Accounts Receivable) and UR (Utilization Review) meetings
- Manages Medicaid processes, including pending cases and billing
- Bills, collects, and follows up on current and past due accounts
- Processes daily financial deposits
- Verifies insurance benefits and obtains therapy authorizations
- Support new admissions by assisting with data entry, confirming insurance coverage and payer acceptance, completing admission agreements, and completion of Medicaid applications
- Proactively communicate financial responsibilities to avoid unexpected cost
- Performs additional duties as assigned

- Minimum one year of business office or collections experience required (skilled nursing preferred)
- Experience with Point Click Care highly preferred
- High school diploma required
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, Hospice) required
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and contribute new ideas
- Ability to travel to corporate offices, banks, and other facilities as needed
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 25-50 lbs. unassisted
- Exposure to body fluids and communicable diseases
- Adequate vision and hearing (with or without assistive devices) to perform duties
- Meets facility health requirements as outlined in polic
