Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle is seeking a full-time Staff Psychologist to join our DBT Center in downtown Seattle. We are looking for a clinician who lives and breathes comprehensive DBT and who is as invested in consultation and team culture as they are in clinical outcomes.
Our administrative team handles all intake, billing, scheduling, and insurance communication. You focus on the work you trained for.
What you'll do- Provide 20+ clinical contact hours/week with adolescents, caregivers, and adults
- Deliver Comprehensive DBT (individual therapy, skills group, phone coaching), CBT, Behavioral Parent Training, PE, CPT, ERP, and related modalities
- Participate in weekly team consultation and collaborate across specialty programs
- Complete documentation in our EHR system
- $117,500+ guaranteed base salary (early-career); ~$130,000 average after year one
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance

- 12 weeks parental leave
- Free in-house APA-approved CE + external CE stipend
- 4+ weeks paid time off with coverage provided
- Malpractice insurance covered
- PsyD or PhD required
- Licensed in Washington State or eligible to begin the process immediately
- Expertise in comprehensive DBT (our most important qualification)
