• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and NBCOT exam passed.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements as determined by client facility.

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services.
• Provide direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and potential for rehabilitation.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals per patient capacity and tolerance.
• Develop a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient.
• Deliver skilled occupational therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
