Maternal Fetal Ultrasound Tech
Job Details:
• 13-week contract including 2-4 weeks of unit orientation
• Schedule is 4x10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays
• Day off during the week may rotate depending on staffing needs
• No floating outside of the clinic
• No on-call requirements
• Work in a clinic with 5-7 rooms
• Patient ratio of 6 patients per day
• Perform a wide range of maternal fetal ultrasound procedures including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester scans, fetal anatomical surveys, nuchal translucency screens, Doppler studies, transvaginal ultrasounds, and fetal echocardiograms
• Additional skills include amniocentesis, amniotic fluid index, placenta previa evaluation, umbilical cord Doppler, and multiple pregnancy assessments
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred
• Minimum 1 year of Maternal Fetal and OB experience required
• First-time travelers will be accepted
• Required certifications: ARDMS OB/GYN, BLS, NT (Nuchal Translucency)
• Candidates local within 50-mile radius are not eligible for this position
Facility:
This facility offers a specialized maternal fetal medicine clinic focused on high-risk obstetric care and advanced ultrasound services. The clinic provides comprehensive imaging and diagnostic support for expectant mothers across all trimesters, utilizing modern equipment and supporting a collaborative care environment. The unit maintains a structured Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend or on-call requirements, allowing for a consistent and supportive work environment.
