Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. This role involves performing blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques, specimen preparation, data entry, billing, and customer service. The position requires a Washington State issued Phlebotomy license and offers a rotating weekend schedule and benefits described below.

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Complete administrative and clerical duties as necessary

• Washington State issued Phlebotomy license (MA-P)

• At least 6 months of experience as a phlebotomist

• In lieu of state license, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may satisfy the license requirement
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision

$21.87 to $32.28 per hour

Regular, full‑time or part‑time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), accrued up to 18 days of annual leave per year (includes 8 holidays), sick leave (0.0333 hours per hour of work) capped at 64 hours per year, tuition reimbursement, and the employee stock purchase plan.

• PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
