Job Description
This pediatric physical therapist is responsible for screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities in accordance with standard physical therapy practices. The physical therapist consults, educates, and trains patients and their caregivers in a pediatric population.

Hiring for Full-time, Part-time, and PRN hours

- PRN: as needed
Up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions.
Hourly range: $42.66 - $65.82
LocationIntermountain Health Holy Rosary Hospital, Miles City, Montana
Responsibilities- Perform and document initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ conditions.
- Develop treatment plans describing strategy, purpose, and anticipated outcomes, including exercise regimens at the clinic and at home.
- Use various modalities to relieve pain and reduce swelling.
- Provide information about appropriate selection and use of adaptive equipment and support programs.
- Help restore physical function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent permanent disability.
- Determine patients’ ability to be independent and reintegrate into the workplace or community after injury or illness.
- Promote the mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health and abide by service behavior standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Current/valid state Physical Therapist licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
- One year related experience, preferably in a clinic setting.
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Carrying, climbing, crawling, hearing/listening.
- Lifting, manual dexterity, pulling/pushing.
- Seeing, speaking, squatting/kneeling, standing, walking.
