We promote caregivers to roles such as Mobile Caregiver, Lead Caregiver, Care Manager / Social Worker, Community Liaison, Marketer, Trainer, Office Manager, General Manager, and part-owner.
We support caregivers through competitive pay ($21/hr for valid CNA or HCA, $18.69 otherwise), pay raises with promotions, paid mileage reimbursement, performance rewards, bonus opportunities, employee referral bonuses, paid sick leave, 401k with company match, and profit-sharing plan.
Job Responsibilities- One-on-one personal in-home care focusing on ADLs.
- Work weekdays and weekends as available.
- Receive bonus pay for selected holidays.
- Driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable car.
- Valid HCA or CNA in Washington state.
