Maternal Fetal Ultrasound Technologist

This is a 13-week contract position that includes 2-4 weeks of unit orientation.

Shift: 4x10s, Monday-Friday (day off during the week may change depending on staffing needs of the unit).

The Maternal Fetal Ultrasound Technologist will perform ultrasound examinations on pregnant patients to assess fetal health and development. This role requires comprehensive knowledge in maternal-fetal medicine and proficiency in performing a wide variety of ultrasound procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed ultrasound examinations for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimesters.
• Perform high-risk OB assessments and fetal echo studies.
• Utilize advanced ultrasound technology, including Doppler studies.
• Assess fetal anatomical surveys and placental positioning.
• Document patient data accurately and efficiently in the charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in maternal-fetal ultrasound.
• Active certifications: BLS, NT, and ARDMS in OB/GYN.
• Previous experience in maternal-fetal medicine and obstetrics is essential.
