Full job description: SSM Health Rehabilitation and Select Specialty Hospitals are hiring Full-time and PRN Occupational Therapists in the following locations:

  - Full-Time
• SSM Day Institute
  - Arnold - PRN

• Evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to patient needs and physician direction.
• Delegate and direct all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients.
• Design functional treatment programs that facilitate an effective return to community activities.
• Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, co‑workers, and self.
• Perform additional professional duties related to patient care, therapy service development, and program delivery.
• Evaluate the patient’s level of functioning and develop an individualized treatment plan aligned with patient and family goals.
• Participate in discharge planning, including placement, patient and family education, and adaptive equipment.

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Certified BLS or completion of BLS within the first 90 days of employment.
• One or more years of clinical experience and a valid state driver’s license for home care responsibilities.
