Kline Galland Hospice in Seattle is seeking a compassionate Hospice Social Worker on a Per Diem basis to support end-of-life care. You will perform psychosocial assessments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
You will provide crisis intervention, coordinate resources, and deliver services in homes and care facilities across Seattle area. MSW/MFT/MHC with 2+ years of social work, hospice experience preferred, and valid driver's license required.
