Pinnacle Fertility in Washington state is seeking a Patient Services Representative – Float. You will be the first point of contact, greeting patients, verifying information, and directing them to the right departments. This is a full-time, on-site position in a fast-paced clinical setting.
The role includes answering calls, scheduling appointments, processing billing and copays, and traveling between Bellevue and Seattle clinics. Shifts are 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with rotating holidays and weekends.
