Pay rate: $40-80,000 per year, depending on experience and chosen schedule.

Our amazing team needs to expand! We are currently a group of 10 talented therapists and 3 support staff serving clients in the Madison Valley neighborhood in Seattle. We provide everything you need—luxury sheets, hydraulic tables, hot towels, premium oils and lotions, and a variety of tools and treatment equipment. Our clinic is owned by a LMT, who truly cares about every individual on the team.

We make sure every staff member is taken care of so they're ready and able to provide the best possible service and feel able to balance work and life. We work hard to create and maintain an environment we all love to be in and our clients constantly comment on how amazing it feels to enter our space. • 15-minute transitions between appointments.
• Combination relaxation and rehabilitation (integrative massages), so you get to use your diverse skills to create the best treatment plan for your clients, in your unique style.
• Customized sessions; no routine or cookie‑cutter massages.
• Can work with management to customize a schedule that's right for you.
• Electric tables in every massage room.
• Premium sheets for the softest experience for our clients, provided.
• Hot towel warmer, hot stones, paraffin, cups, gua sha tools, all provided.
• A wide assortment of bolsters and pillows, provided.
• Premium oils and lotions, including several CBD options if you choose to use, provided.
• Electronic charting via an iPad.
• Custom ambient room lighting options available via the smart lights.
• Clinic music available in every room, or you may bring in your own if you prefer.
• No front desk or reception duties are required. Clinic coordinators run the front desk, so they keep the schedule full for you, check out clients, ask for tips, and make it so that all you have to do is show up and massage at your best.
• Minimal cleaning requirements (only standard table transition cleaning and sanitizing, and basic tidying up/wiping down spilled oils after your shift). The clinic coordinators take care of the common spaces and we have a cleaning service for the nitty‑gritty.
• Opportunity to also work as a Clinic Coordinator if you would like full‑time work and benefits but only want part‑time massage hours.

• $250 sign‑on bonus

• Accrued PTO begins immediately (to be used after 60 days)
• 15‑min paid break every 4 hours, in addition to the transition time, mandatory
• 30‑minute unpaid break, in addition to the transition time, optional but encouraged after 5 hours
• Reimbursement for CEs (after 60 days)
• Reimbursement for AMTA or ABMP or similar organization's renewal membership where you obtain your liability insurance policy (after 60 days)
• License renewal reimbursement (after 60 days)
• Quarterly profit share if meet clinic goals
• Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) make an extra bonus amount/hour
• Extra pay for PIP appointments

Madison Valley is an upscale boutique neighborhood, centrally located in the heart of the city, and positioned between many great neighborhoods including Madison Park, Madrona, Capitol Hill, Leschi, and the Central District. It’s close to the arboretum for easy access to the 520 from the east side to downtown. The main intersection of Madison and MLK is also a corridor from Columbia City, Seward Park, and the other lovables south Seattle neighborhoods.
