Harborview Pediatric Clinic seeks an RN Care Manager to support care coordination for newly arrived pediatric patients in Seattle. This 100% FTE day-shift role partners with a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and monitor care across clinics, schools and community resources until stabilization.
Two years of pediatric outpatient nursing experience and a Washington RN license are required; CCTM certification is preferred with a target to obtain within 12 months of hire.
