Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated After Hours Chaplain to join our Spiritual Care team. This non‑FTE position provides vital spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and staff of Swedish Health Services during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Act as liaison between patients, families, and community clergy to ensure appropriate spiritual resources are available. Work is performed on an intermittent, as‑needed basis, offering flexibility while providing meaningful, mission‑driven service during critical times.
Key Responsibilities- Act as liaison between patients, families and community clergy.
- Provide after‑hours spiritual care outside of normal business hours on an intermittent and sporadic basis.
- Completion of one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)
- At least 1 year in ministry
- Experience in a medical setting
- Master’s Degree in Divinity
- Experience using an electronic medical record

Pay Range: $32.46 - $49.26.
