- Radiology Department has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist Lead.
- Full-time Days
- Monday
- Fridays - 730am- 1800pm
- Lead Patient Services Specialists and other assigned staff and perform the work of the other Patient Services Specialist levels
- Participate in interviewing applicants
- Train and orient new employees and/or volunteers to department
- Provide feedback to supervisor for employee performance evaluations, corrective action plans and training plans
- Review and correct the work performed by others for compliance with established procedures
- Schedule emergency shift assignments
- Identify and resolve problems or unusual situations; recommend changes as necessary
- Monitor and evaluate policies and procedures to suggest operational changes
- Assists in the preparation and maintenance of provider and clinic schedules
- Perform the work of the Patient Services Specialist 1, 2, and 3.
- Other duties as requested
- High School graduation or equivalent AND Three years of Patient Support Service experience
- OR
- Equivalent education/experience
- Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration

Pay Range Minimum:
$24.60 hourly
Pay Range Maximum:
$35.21 hourly
