Pay and benefits that back it up

Our compensation model is a base salary with commission based on the number of visits seen, plus performance‑based bonuses.

• Competitive salary plus performance bonuses tied to the impact you create
• 401(k) eligibility at 1 year
• $1,000+ annual CE budget plus hosted courses
• Medical, dental, and vision through Regence BCBS, with tiered Gold, Silver, and Bronze options and a HIDEF premium offset up to $250
• PTO starting at 80 hours and scaling with tenure, plus 40 hours of sick leave
• Flexible scheduling: a four‑ or five‑day week, your choice

• Treat patients 1:1 for 45 minute visits
• Work within a community based sports medicine interdisciplinary team.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Washington State Physical Therapy License (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Completion of required background checks and credentials prior to onboarding
