Step into a rewarding role supporting K-12 students near Seattle, WA for the  school year! We’re seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work onsite and make a significant difference in the lives of students within a dynamic school setting. This is a full-time contract position, running from August 26, 2026 through June 16, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Washington SLP licensure/certification
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience working with K-12 populations in a school environment
  • Willingness to undergo fingerprinting through OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide therapy and support to a caseload of up to 45 students

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver direct speech-language therapy to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student growth and inclusion
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in meetings, team planning sessions, and parent conferences
  • Provide consultative services and resources to school teams as needed
  • Stay current with best practices in the field through ongoing professional development
