Crisis Outreach Clinical Shift Supervisor

Downtown Emergency Service Center seeks a Crisis Outreach Clinical Shift Supervisor to lead frontline clinicians serving adults experiencing homelessness, serious mental illness, and substance use disorders in Seattle. In this role, you'll provide real-time clinical supervision, risk assessment, and crisis intervention while ensuring trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and recovery-oriented care. You'll coordinate shift operations, support staff through debriefing and coaching, and partner with hospitals, emergency services, and community providers to ensure safe transitions and continuity of care.
